Spur

The waiter assigned to our table unfortunately ignored us while serving other tables around us. Several customers who arrived after us received their drinks before we did, despite us having been waiting much longer. Thankfully, Zac noticed the situation and came over to assist. After we briefly explained what had happened, he immediately took action and ensured our drinks and food arrived promptly. He checked on us regularly throughout our visit and provided excellent service. What was particularly disappointing was the behaviour of the waiter originally assigned to our table. At one point, while walking past, she dismissed us with a shooing hand gesture, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Had it not been for Zac’s professionalism and willingness to help, we would have left the restaurant. He completely turned around what was otherwise a very poor experience and deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provided. Unfortunately, the service from our assigned waiter fell far below expectations

Zac (tall) gave amazing excellent service and deserves to own one of the Spur Branches

Buffalo wings very tiny, ordered 12 @ R139.99 and it looked like 6

I was having issues understanding the app and vouchers etc for my take away order, and they helped me with such a smile and guided me through how everything worked. Such amazing staff.

Rita was very friendly, polite and helpful. Really appreciate her assistance

We had a quiet dinner. Food was delicious and service was good.
