Even though the restaurant was understaffed, Lucky delivered service that truly stood out. After we had been seated for 15 minutes without assistance, she noticed us while waiting for the food of the table next to ours and immediately made sure we were taken care of. Her attentiveness was remarkable, she already knew we were a group of four, even though the kids had left the table to play. She pays attention to everyone walking in, ensuring no guest goes unnoticed. When it came to our drinks, our first round was served without ice. On the second round, ice was added, likely because she didn’t remind the bar of our preference. She could have left it as it was, since we hadn’t specified again, but instead she took the extra step to remove the ice herself. That level of care, while still managing other tables, shows customer service on another level. Lucky is a star, and I’ll definitely be returning just to be served by her again.
